Our Story
The Road to Emmaus Ministry was born from a passion to bridge the gospel and health message—to meet people where they are and walk with them toward truth, healing, and hope.
Just as Jesus walked with two disciples on the road to Emmaus, opening the Scriptures and revealing Himself, we believe every conversation is an opportunity for a divine appointment. Through print, presentations, and personal outreach, we equip believers with practical, Spirit-filled tools to share Christ’s love.
Based in a small country home near Hot Springs, Arkansas, Jimmy and Florence Keesler have spent over a decade preparing literature, teaching natural remedies, and praying over every soul they meet.

Jimmy Keesler
Bible Teacher, Medical Missionary, Author
Jimmy is a devoted Bible student, medical missionary, author, and gospel worker with a passion for revival and reformation. He accepted the Seventh-day Adventist message in 1977 and has spent decades sharing Christ through literature evangelism, community health outreach, and Bible teaching. Known for his practical approach and compassionate spirit, Jimmy’s mission is to uplift Jesus, expose deception, and help others prepare for eternity.
He is the creative force behind dozens of Bible study series, health booklets, and natural protocols designed to meet people where they are—and lead them step by step into deeper truth. When he’s not presenting at a health expo or writing a new resource, Jimmy can be found praying with strangers, sharing a laugh with friends, or brainstorming his next mission project.
Florence Keesler
Herbal Educator, Workshop Leader, Master Guide
Florence is a certified Master Guide with a lifelong career in the dental field as both a hygienist and assistant. She brings grace, warmth, and hands-on skill to every aspect of ministry, especially in the areas of herbal education, wild foraging, and natural remedy training.
Known for her hospitality and gentle teaching style, Florence leads workshops on making salves, tinctures, herbal soaps, and more. She is also a gifted decorator and gardener, and enjoys photography, cooking, and sharing the health message with friends and strangers alike.
Florence and Jimmy have lived in a small country home near Hot Springs, Arkansas for over 10 years, where they grow herbs, prepare literature for outreach, and pray over every new soul they meet.
